After lunch I walked Belle over to the dog park where we saw three other dogs and Belle found someone to throw a ball for her for a bit. There was a pitbull there who had a great time following Belle as she ran around and competeing with her for a chance to be first to get the ball. She seemed to be having a wonderful time. The weather was phenomenal and today was an awesome day for a walk. Lucky for me, I got to go on two. This evening mother and I went for a walk at the local Wildlife Refuge, and of course, Belle went along too. She was enjoying herself rustling up the birds out of the fields and running after them. She really loves to run. I always enjoy watching her having fun; there's just something about it that makes me feel good inside. While in the field we ran into a young hunter, he was very kind, but wary of Belle since she was showing signs of protectiveness. Once she decided he was okay she warmed up to him though. The sunset was beautiful and I am sad to see the sun go.
